Terms and Conditions for Work / Service Agreement
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all services provided by Global Technology (“Service Provider”) to the customer (“Client”). By booking, confirming, or availing any service, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Work
All work will be carried out as per the service request placed by the Client.
Additional work not included in the initial request will be charged separately.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse work that is unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the defined service category.
3. Service Charges
Service charges depend on the type of work, labour, materials, and time required.
Price estimates shared before starting the job are approximate; final charges may vary based on actual work.
Any material purchased for the Client will be charged at market rate along with proof of purchase.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made immediately after job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.
For corporate or bulk orders, advance payment may be required.
5. Warranty
Service warranty applies only to labour work, not to materials or customer-provided parts.
Warranty is void if:
Third-party technicians interfere with the job.
Improper usage or damage occurs after installation.
The customer refuses recommended safety measures.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 2 hours before the service time.
If the technician has already reached the location, a minimum visit charge will apply.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide safe access to the service area.
Electricity, water, and essential utilities must be available.
The Client should inspect the work before the technician leaves.
8. Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
Any pre-existing damage in the property or equipment.
Damages caused by faulty wiring, weak structures, or defective materials supplied by the Client.
Maximum liability is limited to the service charge paid by the Client.
9. Safety Compliance
Technicians follow safety protocols.
Certain high-risk jobs may require additional equipment or helpers, chargeable to the Client.
10. Delays
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.
The Service Provider will inform the Client of expected delays.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, documentation, and branding associated with the service provider remains its intellectual property.
12. Privacy & Data Handling
Client information is used only for booking, service fulfilment, and communication.
Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be settled under Hyderabad jurisdiction.
14. Agreement
By availing any service, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
